How many worlds are we off?
How far is the earth out of phase?
How much are the heavens out of tune?
Have we just branched
into another alternate world?
How many years, days, moments,
until the earth is synchronized once again,
and there is only one world,
one earth and one heaven?
Oh the pain of the loss!
Oh the lives that are torn!
Oh the hearts that are cut in two!
What will it take to understand?
What medicine to extract foolishness
from the blood
and replace it with wisdom?
What world of tragedy must befall us
before we will replace proud knowledge
with humble learning?
How long until we walk in the steps
of the humble Messiah of Israel?
