2 cups frozen corn
3 eggs
2 Tbs flour
2 Tbs sugar
½ tsp salt
1 ¾ cup milk
3 Tbs butter softened
Blend butter, sugar, flour and salt. Add eggs, beating well. Stir in corn and milk. Pour into buttered 1 ½ quart casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 350° or until golden brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean.
