2 seedless oranges
1 banana
1 green apple
1 cup grapes
1-2 T honey
1 T lemon juice
Whisk the honey and lemon juice in a bowl.
Begin with the oranges. Cut both ends off with a knife, and then steadying the orange on the cutting board, use the knife to cut the peel off of the orange. Take the peels, which will have some orange bits clinging to them, and squeeze them into the bowl with the honey and lemon juice. Then with a knife, cut in-between the membranes of the peeled oranges to cut out orange segments. Set these aside. Take the leftover membranes and squeeze these into the bowl as well.
Stir up everything and set aside, while you cut up the banana, apple (no need to peel) and grapes. Throw all cut up fruits in the bowl and gently toss to coat with the honey-juice mixture. Serve right away or chill briefly.
