Momma’s Fudge

2 cups sugar

1 cup milk

3 – 4 Tbs cocoa

3 Tbs butter

1 tsp vanilla

Mix sugar, milk, and cocoa in saucepan. Cook until soft ball forms. Take off the heat. Add three tablespoons butter and one teaspoon vanilla. Mix with electric mixer until no longer glossy and candy begins to harden.

Notes: Fudge may not be exactly Christmassy, but if you plan to play euchre during the holiday season, you better make fudge.
