Braunschweiger Ball

1 lb Braunschweiger

2 tbsp catsup

4 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp minced onion

Mix well. Form ball and chill.

Coating

2 oz cream cheese

1 oz mayonnaise

Chopped chives

Mix coating ingredients except chives and roll (coat) cold ball in mixture. Sprinkle with chives.
