4 Tbsp. Coleman’s mustard
¾ tsp. sugar
½ tsp. ground white pepper
1 ½ tsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. dry red wine
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
½ tsp anise extract
2 Tbsp. sour cream
Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Stir in wine and vinegar. Allow to stand 10 minutes, then stir in anise extract and sour cream. Place in closed jar and refrigerate 12-18 hours before using to allow flavors to blend.
