Greens
Dried Figs, quartered
Pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
Pecans, whole
2 parts good olive oil
1 part Balsamic vinegar
salt
pepper
Preheat oven to 350°.
Toast the whole pecans for five minutes; remove from oven and let cool. Prepare the mixed salad with proportions to your liking of greens, figs, pears, and pecans. Mix your dressing until it is emulsified, then dress the salad lightly with it.
