1 small or large log of goat cheese
Fresh herbs of your choice: Basil, thyme, chives …
Extra virgin olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
Right before serving, place log of goat cheese on serving plate. Chop fresh herbs (julienne the basil) and sprinkle on goat cheese and plate. Grind black pepper on goat cheese, then drizzle with olive oil. Serve with sliced bread or crackers.
