¼ cup flour
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup turkey drippings
2 cups turkey broth
1 ¾ cups evaporated milk
Diced cooked giblets
Combine flour, salt, pepper, and turkey drippings in a small bowl. Stir until smooth.
Pour into a large skillet. Cook and stir until mixture turns light brown.
Gradually stir in broth and evaporated milk. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and cook 1 to 2 minutes longer until thickened. Stir in giblets. Serve immediately
