Điều 64. Nội dung đối thoại tại nơi làm việc

Article 64. Contents of dialogue at the workplace

1. Nội dung đối thoại bắt buộc theo quy định tại điểm c khoản 2 Điều 63 của Bộ luật này.

1. Mandatory contents are specified in Point c Clause 2 Article 63 of this Labor Code.

2. Ngoài nội dung quy định tại khoản 1 Điều này, các bên lựa chọn một hoặc một số nội dung sau đây để tiến hành đối thoại:

2. Apart from the mandatory contents mentioned in Clause 1 of this Article, the parties may include one or some of the following issues in the dialogue:

a) Tình hình sản xuất, kinh doanh của người sử dụng lao động;

a) Business performance of the employer;

b) Việc thực hiện hợp đồng lao động, thỏa ước lao động tập thể, nội quy lao động, quy chế và cam kết, thỏa thuận khác tại nơi làm việc;

b) Performance of the employment contracts, collective bargaining agreement, internal labor regulations, other commitments and agreements at the workplace;

c) Điều kiện làm việc;

c) Working conditions;

d) Yêu cầu của người lao động, tổ chức đại diện người lao động đối với người sử dụng lao động;

d) Requests of employees and representative organization of employees to the employer;

đ) Yêu cầu của người sử dụng lao động đối với người lao động, tổ chức đại diện người lao động;

dd) Requests of employer to the employees and the representative organization of employees;

e) Nội dung khác mà một hoặc các bên quan tâm.

e) Other issues of concern to either or both parties.
