A list of photographic references and where to find them. -

Wherever possible photos are referenced by their IWM reference number, failing that another museum's reference is used when known (Ie TM or CWM); If the author does not know any of these the photo is referenced by its source and page number( i.e. X11.p34. The X distinguishes that this is a photo not a written source).
Only Rhomboid and Whippet tanks are referenced, though some Photographs are not referenced: i.e. Those of Mother interior shots, Photos of Mk IIIs.
