Short phrases within the speech indicate the depth of knowledge that David Icke has. He was subjected to much contempt and even called crazy when he first attempted to offer an alternative way of thinking, but now there are thousands who have reached the same level of consciousness.

A new level, of consciousness is emerging - a new awareness in which impossible problems dissolve.
Most problems are manufactured, and the rest are caused by ignorance of reality and self.
We are already enlightened but have allowed barriers of belief system and preconceived ideas to keep us from connecting with that infinite self that we already are - and that means breaking the spell.
To free ourself, we must free ourselves from belief.
If we change our perception, everything changes because we create our own reality by drawing in similarly magnetic situations.
Cognitive dissonance.
If we want our belief system to move on, we must be honest with ourselves.
