Alien life forms Pox and Crypto are back, and they’ve started a fast food restaurant called Big Willy. Their secret ingredient is human meat. Pox designs a Furon war machine disguised as a giant Big Willy (the mascot of Crypto and Pox's restaurant). It’s up to Crypto to defend the restaurant from Colonel Kluckin, who discovers their plot. This game is offered for the Nintendo Wii and the PSP.

Fans of the Destroy All Humans series know what to expect from this game. They expect to act as Crypto, running around zapping things. Fans are getting just what they expect. You explore multiple environments with a zapping gun at first, but eventually, you upgrade to different weapons, like grenade-like “Ion Detonators” and the “Zombie Gun”. Weapons are also upgradeable through doing tasks or collecting items, things like energy cells and human brains. Upgrades can include more destruction power, and quicker reload times. Crypto is also provided with a saucer, with can be used to abduct most anything, or just plain destroy. So why does Crypto want to destroy all humans so much? Well, the Furon race of aliens are unable to reproduce, so they clone themselves instead. To clone themselves, they need Furon DNA, and they’re running out of it. Fortunately, all humans have a small amount of Furon DNA in their brain stems. Crypto was sent to earth to remove human brains and harvest the Furon DNA. After Crypto’s brother is killed by the humans, his quest becomes personal. If you think he sounds like he might have some mental issues, you’re right. He’s a clever, sassy, ill-tempered homicidal alien psychopath. He loves to make jokes, which is nice to hear in the middle of a serious environment.

Call it mindless violence if you will, but it’s still fun. If you like your gaming sensible, this game isn’t for you. If you like a deep, involving story, this game isn’t for you. If you like your gaming non-violent, this game isn’t for you.  If destroying all humans is your idea of entertainment, Big Willy is waiting for you…..
