Olympic Oystermouth in 2012 in photos

A MOMENT IN TIME

History is not just about 'old'

History is being made now in 2012

Early on the stunningly sunny morning of Sunday 27 May, crowds formed to view the Olympic torch. The first Torchbearer of the day at Bracelet Bay was 16 year old Corey Thomas.

On its passage around the United Kingdom, it visited Bracelet Bay, Mumbles Road, Newton Road and the magnificent Oystermouth Castle, followed by a ride from Oystermouth to Blackpill on the Swansea Bay Rider, following in the footsteps of the World's first passenger railway.
