Rhossili Bay, April 2016
No wonder that Rhossili Bay has been given yet another award, as it has been voted among the top ten of the world's best beaches. It was the only European beach to feature in the list compiled by Suitcase Magazine, a travel publication, alongside locations as fashionable South Beach Miami. This is in addition to being Wales' Best Beach of 2017 and Britain's Best Beach for the past two years in a row.
The three mile stretch of beach is on the western tip of Gower, about fifteen miles from the village of Mumbles, at the beginning of the peninsular of Gower. It is a fantastic place for a walk, a picnic and explore.
