I am going with the Front Mount Intake Setup with the Super Chargers location in mind. Most of the intake Piping is 3 inch ebay kits of 90's, 45's and straight pipes. From the Throttle body to the mass air flow is a 2.5 inch pipe. I liked the look of the bigger diameter pipe so I went with it. A smaller diameter pipe would of probably been better for performance with the supercharger on. I did not flange any of the pipes ends and it holds together just fine. This is because I have to BOV set to soft. I used a cheap BOV(ebay) on the hard setting and it would cause a pipe blow off/out. It would separate at the clamp on the mass air flow the most.
Carbon Fiber Heat Shield is on the back side of the filter.
I am using the Zex injector filter with the top caped off were the fogger once went. It Has that old school Fast and Furious Vibe and It shows the ZEX brand.

Short Ram Design on a previous setup. 90 degree 3 inch Pipe to mass air flow with a filter. At one point I was spraying nitrous through the mass air sensor. Shockingly it worked without damaging it at the time.
