I swap the 1984-2001 Jeep XJ Aluminum Performance Radiator by Cold-Case into a Mazda Mx6. This gives me more room for my intake/intercooler piping, which I can run my piping between the radiator and lower front subframe.
The original radiator measure 32 by 15. The cold case is 35 by 11.

These radiators are original appearing and have the correct stamping. Once painted, you'd be hard pressed to find a difference over an original versus a COLD-CASE.

I spent a lot of time readjusting mounts and positions . I don't have a good set of instructions other than custom mount it to your liking
The highbeam adjuster screw and plastic housing hit the radiator.
I purchased it from Summit Racing, because I have had used them before and there price was cheaper because they included the mail in rebates in the price and I did not have to though cold case to do the rebates.
I did have to remove the drain plug on the Cold Case radiator. I used the following below to replace it.
Size issue? What I measured width wise was different than what was listed. I contacted Cold-Case to see if I had the correct radiator.
To connect the two lower hoses together I used the straight aluminum hose connector.
Note: New hoses are needed to fit snug on the XJ radiator. The old hoses are to worn out.
I used the Civic Radiator mounting brackets for the top mounts.
Other radiators I thought about purchasing, note: they need to be 35 inchs wide or less
Why not a Jeep XJ hose? to long and to much of a bend in it.
