Each day is a gift from God.
Thank you to the many family members that joined us today for VIP day! It was a wonderful turnout and I could tell our students were very proud to share their school. We also went to mass for the first time as a whole school today. It went well and we will continue to learn about mass every week. Please remember to join us this Sunday at the 9:15am mass and blessing of the school. Our students will be singing "Jesus Loves Me" at the mass. There will be pews reserved for our St. Sebastian STEM Academy families. Have a great weekend and I hope to see you on Sunday!
Please report your sick child to the main office 262-425-0009 before 7:45 am. Also, please remember that the day starts at 7:25, if you are running late, please bring your child through the main doors and sign them in to the main office. Thank you!

Have you heard the news? On Saturday October 14th at 9:00am there will be a Catholic Schools Walk at Siena Retreat Center in Caledonia and St. Sebastian Stem Academy will be participating! We will be celebrating Catholic education and raising money for our school. We will be raising money for student enrichment, specifically a new playground. Attached here is the link with more information on how to create your account. Shout out to those students that have already started raising money!
Please fill out this form from Siena to RSVP to the event. This is different from the account to raise money.
Our next Home and School meeting will be held on October 9th at 6pm.

In order to volunteer in our building or at any school events you need to have a background check and have completed the Safe Environment Training. If you were unable to make the September 13th date there are many options available online in our area. If you do not remember if you have had this training in the past please reach out to me and I can look you up in our system. Please share this with anyone you know that is interested in volunteering at the school. I highly recommend doing this if you plan on being involved in any school events.

3K is using magnifying glasses at our Science table to look closely at items we collect at recess. So far, we have found dandelions, rocks, and a leaf. We are using early math skills when we sing and do fingerplays of 5 Little Monkeys Swinging on a Tree and 5 Little Ducks.
4K Our 4K students are engaging in STEM ACTIVITIES throughout the day . We are reading the book Me and My Amazing Body . Students are building with legos , wooden blocks and magnetic tiles . They are creating and forming different objects with playdough and cookie cutters . In housekeeping they are pretending to make / cook healthy meals . They also engaged in sensory play in the sand table.
5K We are continuing to explore Pushes and Pulls and have been exploring number concepts with the Noons.
Congratulations to Landon from our 3K classroom on being our student of the week! Landon is a great listener and a gentle friend in the classroom and on the playground. We are so happy he is a part of our St. Sebastian STEM Academy family!
