New situations in the company have called for a renewed interest in the betterment of our Digital Signs offerings. With the dissolution of SignSimple as a company, and the inability of certain competitors to provide this service, an opportunity has arisen for us to fill in that gap as a company ourselves.
This article will go over some of the standard procedures performed by the Digital signs department, and provide a reference to those who may need to familiarize themselves with them in different Support scenarios.
SignSimple gave no warning that they were closing its doors, and as a result, several of our clients have not been able to update their presentations for some time. In an effort to assist, we have come up with a solution involving HTML files and our own Photoshop templates.
