ProPoint Solutions has secured an exclusive partnership with the Minnesota-based payroll company Branch. The extended features this partnership brings to SuperSalon can be compared to our existing ADP features, but with far more functionality and value.
The Branch application is a mobile platform for salon staff to receive their tips and wages as soon as they are processed. The system is designed with salon employees in mind, and the company mission states that they are focused on the financial wellness of service industry employees.
Unlike ADP, this solution provides earned wage access in addition to daily tips. However, this is just one of the benefits Branch brings to the table. The company also provides the following for its clients:
A MasterCard™ debit card in addition to the mobile application to track and manage its use.
Free ATM withdrawals, though local fees may still apply.
No overdraft fees.
The ability to spend and manipulate funds via virtual wallet in the Branch mobile app.
Availability of funds transfer between multiple different accounts.
The application comprises a “financial wellness” program to assist employees and financial management.
With the integration of this new system still in its beginning stages, there have been very few instances of support needed. All in all, it’s a very solid system that is very well implemented. However, if there are instances where salon staff are not receiving their proper tips, Support agents are advised to troubleshoot the upload process.
Should any problems still persist after proper diagnostic and possible repair of the upload feature, ProPoint Support is advised to referred the client to the Support team on the Branch side.
