Connect the iCT250 to a power supply.
Establish a hardwired internet connection using the provided ethernet cable, this device has no wireless processing capabilities.
Press the “F” key on the devices keypad, located in the lower left. Note: if the “F” key is not present on the device, use the “+” key.
When prompted to enter the admin password, key in 3300, and press the Enter key.
Navigate into the following menu: Telium Manager → Consultation → Configuration → Hardware → On Display → Hardware Infos → Ethernet.
The IP address will be labeled “IPADDR:”. Notate this, and keep it in a safe place as it will be vital in Configuring SuperSalon to process with EPX.
Navigate to Setup → Software Settings → Hardware → Payment Processor.
Set the Payment Processor field to EPX.
Scroll down to the EPX section, do the following:
Confirm the device is set to Ingenico ICT250.
Enter the IP address that you collected during the Terminal Installation.
Leave all other values as default.
Save the page and press f5.
Go to Setup → Payment Methods.
Create new payment methods based on the table and image below, or edit existing credit payment methods to fit the requirements. DO NOT CHANGE CASH, GIFT, OR CHECK PAYMENT TYPES.
Once complete, do a test transaction! See the Troubleshooting & FAQ – EPX article for further assistance.
Check with a Level 2 Agent before proceeding!
Press F, key in the password 3300 and press the enter button.
Press 2 for EPXPay and scroll down, select Admin Menu, and press the enter button.
Press 3 to enter the Setup Menu and press 3 again to delete the current parameters.
Enter the password 3300 again, and press enter.
Confirm the deletion of the parameters by selecting Yes.
Repeat all of the steps above again, as it needs to be completed twice.
The terminal will automatically reboot and take the user back to the EPX screen, confirming a successful operation. If the user is not returned, the steps will need to be repeated until successful.
The SuperSalon CC log can trace any issue with EPX integration. For it to be enabled, add an entry into the _options table named “cardLoggerEnable” and set the value to ‘1’.
