Christopher serves as the Public Policy Committee Vice Chair for the Restaurant Workers Community Foundation, an “advocacy and action nonprofit created by and for restaurant workers”. The Foundation’s mission focuses on community-building and advocacy, grantmaking and network-building, and impact investing.
He says that as a chef, he knows firsthand how important it is for there to be adequate representation and advocacy for restaurant workers, particularly when looking at how the pandemic has disproportionately affected them.
