Elisa Escamilla

Elisa has a passion for helping women fleeing from domestic violence. She volunteers as a Domestic Violence Crisis Hotline Advocate at Sarah's Inn, “one of the largest and most comprehensive domestic violence agencies serving Chicago and 22 surrounding West Cook County suburban communities.”  

For the last year she has also been a mentor through WINGS Program for women experiencing domestic violence. “WINGS provides a pathway to independence for adults and children who are escaping from domestic violence and abuse.” Elisa has two mentees she helps with safety, planning, and other resources. Elisa has been volunteering with this organization for about a year now.
