HCC owns and operates 5 FQHC sites and 2 school based health centers, a mobile dental unit and has another mobile dental unit and medical/behavioral health unit on the way. The network has about 75 network members and is still growing. Additional services offered include a transportation program, discount prescription drug program, peer recovery coach services and medication assisted treatment. HCC is set to open a lab and pharmacy in 2022.
HCC's Chief Clinical Officer shared the following:
“I have worked with Andrew over the last 5 years on multiple projects. He has volunteered for every Project Connect event with our organization (one day free public service events that focus on connecting the social determinants of health for the individuals that attend). He has also worked with many of our grant funded projects such as housing/point in time counts, Veteran initiatives, health care services through our Federally Qualified Health Centers, domestic violence referrals, COVID initiatives as well as his day to day job requirements through the police department and the school district. Most recently, he has been working with us on a federal grant that focuses on connecting individuals with substance use/mental health disorders. The focus is on individuals that are being released from jail or referrals from probation and parole, the hospitals, EMS and law enforcement. He has been a vital member on this project. Additionally, Andrew has provided key input in establishing and developing safety plans for our locations and will be providing training for our staff.”
