For this task you are required to begin brainstorming and planning out the implications aspect of this assessment task.
You are being asked to reflect on task three: what is the current practice/law in New Zealand and the implications of this on:
-The people directly involved/ affected (PERSONAL)
-Other people associated with those people who are affected (OTHER)
-Society as a whole (Eg. what are the implications of current practice for the whole of society, attiudes and values of our nation)
-You need to reserach what the current practice is in New Zealand for your chosen ethical issue. You need to consider the following things.
What is the current practice in New Zealand in relation to your chosen ethical issue. This only needs to be in New Zealand but it can include overseas where relevant. Please note that the main emphasis is on New Zealand though. This should include the current legal situation (Law or policy around your chosen issue) and may also include current or additiona social or cultural considerations.
