I have chosen an aspect of Hauora to focus my Take Action project on
I have completed and presented a presentation on my chosen well being issue
I have created a SMART goal for my presentation

Develop a short presentation on the topic being presented.

Students need to have the following

Research /data
Hauora/well being affected
Discussion based/survey taken by students in this class and the following health classes to determine relevance (check before sending)

Where is the presentation being developed?

Take action template
Assessment document (take action template can be linked onto your assessment document)
Final question on the assessment template "Justify my well being issue" based on your presentation of the well being issue
