By the end of the week

I have completed my research for both For/ against groups
I have made notes/ planning for my groups
Below is a small breakdown of the learning that we have completed over the past few weeks. It is important to stand back and look at what we have covered and why we have done it. As you can see the underlying concepts have a significant part to play when providing a balanced discussion. We are critical in asking questions to understand attitudes, values and beliefs (Kea). We then look at things with different perspectives and approaches (different ways of thinking which is our Pukeko norm). The ethical principles and approaches also support ways of thinking and reasoning behind differing values and beliefs. Finally the PIPS (socio-ecological perspective) gets us to reflect on the short term implications on well-being which then translate into long term implications.
