Physical Well-being
This is a great circuit builder that I have been using to keep the physical walls strong throughout the lockdown
Mental/ Emotional Well-being
Getting outside for some fresh air with my bubble for some exercise is a great way to improve your mental state
Social Well-being
This is a great time to work on those relationships with the people in your bubble and check in on others people via video and phone calls
Spiritual Well-being
Being part of a group is important and we are all part of a huge group at the moment as New Zealanders working together to beat this covid-19 pandemic. Staying home and doing my part makes me feel part of a group.
