Students will be able to discuss and decipher the difference between larger and smaller life events and how to be resilient during life events and understand the wider impact they can have.
Students will be able to identify Risk and protective factors that influence a students ability to be resilient
Students will be able to distinguish Personal, interpersonal and societal factors affecting resilience, and managing change
Students will begin to discuss Mental Health Strategies and how to identify strategies based off of risk factors
