Milk (Regular 2% works best)
vinegar
strainer
spoon
playdough mould/cookie cutter
Food Colouring
Paper towel
Take 1 cup of milk and warm it in the microwave for about 1.5min. You want it warm but not boiling
2. Stir in 4 tablespoons of vinegar. Stir it in slowly. If you use a different type of milk you may need more or less vinegar. The milk will start to clump as the acid in the vinegar breaks down the protein in the milk. Stir for about 1 minute
3. Strain the milk through a strainer. All the clumps will stay in the strainer and really push on them to get all the liquid out.
4. Finally, transfer it to some paper towels and continue to press all the liquid out of the plastic milk. You can then colour it if you wish and shape it in a mould.
5. Set them aside for a couple of days so they can become super hard.
