1 ½ cups rolled oats
2 cups milk
1 cup Flour
1 Tbsp Brown sugar
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Cinnamon
2 Eggs,
¼ Butter, melted
In a large mixing bowl, blend oats and milk. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients, eggs and melted butter to oats. Stir until combined.
Makes 16-18 medium pancakes.
