Measure your family with socks

Materials:

• • • • • • lots of your child's socks

          • paper

          • pencil

          • you and your family

Get each of your family members to lay down on the ground. Start at their feet and place socks beside them all the way to the top of their head. Don't forget to have a family member measure you.

Draw each family member you measured. Once you are done drawing each member, add their name and number beside them.

Questions you could ask your child:

Who was the tallest?

Who was the shortest?

Did anyone surprise you?

You could add a sentence on your paper answering one of the questions above.

Once you are done have fun matching your socks back together and put them away.
