Isabella Hazelton is the daughter of Mark and Sarah Hazelton of Mansfield, Pennsylvania. As a leader at Notre Dame High School, Isabella has served as co-captain of the Science Olympiad, Quiz League, and Scholarship Challenge teams. She is a co-founder of the Notre Dame Climate Crusaders Club with a few of her classmates and has played a key role in new initiatives, such as the elementary school Earth Day Event and on-campus composting. Since her sophomore year, Isabella has been involved in student government. Isabella has competed on the varsity tennis team and is also a member of Notre Dame High School’s Concert Choir and Select Chorus. Outside of school, Isabella is a member of the Mountaineers 4-H Club, participating in the Dairy Science Project for the past seven years. Isabella has studied ballet and pointe at First Position Dance Studio where she has danced for twelve years. She is an active member of the Tioga County Dairy Promotions Team, serving as the 2022-2023 Tioga County Alternate Dairy Princess. She is also active in St. Peter’s Catholic Church where she frequently altar serves. Academically, Isabella has achieved High Honors every marking period of the school year as well as High Honors with Distinction since its introduction. 

Isabella plans to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and major in biomedical engineering. 

Ella Louise Chicone is the daughter of Vincent and Sarah Chicone of Montour Falls and has been on the high honor roll since seventh grade. She is a co-founder chair of the Notre Dame Climate Crusaders and has served as Vice President of the National Chinese Honor Society, class treasurer, treasurer of the Lourdes Chapter of the National Honor Society, and member of Quiz League and Science Olympiad. She has also played Varsity Soccer and Varsity Tennis. Ella plays the piccolo, flute, and trumpet and participated in the jazz and symphonic band.

Ella plans to attend Lake Forest College to study Environmental policy and sustainability with a minor in Mandarin, and also play D3 soccer.
