I talk to my supervisor and we communicate on what our goals are on the day. I then either identify things that I could help out with or work on the goals that my supervisor has asked of me. Best of all I have fun, I get to spend time with kids that want to learn and make it fun!

I was able to take the extra step. I am now ahead of my peers in my classes. I have the experience that I need to further my career. I also got paid! You can find a job that can pay you to go to school.
