Hostess and Carry-Out Host
It has helped me with learning different job skills. For example, there's been my adaptability, responsibility, and my ability in solving problems with efficiency. I'm more aware of how important I am to my business and how when we all work at our best, we'll be great for our establishment and make our workplace environment more enjoyable.

There is a lot more responsibility and hands-on learning than in other classes. All of it is on you to achieve success. It really prepares you for the real world compared to any other class I've been in. We are a lot more discussion based. I believe this class is the most beneficial for real-world work/life. There's a lot of talk about having a growth mindset and this class will prepare you for reflecting upon that in your life.

I'm typically on carry-out, which includes kiosk/curbside/carry-out phone/salads. The kiosk is for carry-out customers to drive up and get assigned a parking spot where our curbside workers will run out your food to you. Curbside is the workers that will be the ones running the carry-out room and running food out to customers. Being on carry-out phones means you'll typically be answering carry-out phones and taking orders. Salads are a little special, you stay in the kitchen and have your own mini fridges with portioned food of certain items. On salads, you also make sure special requests are completed, make the carry-out drinks, and complete customers' salads. It's my second favorite job on carry-out.
