The Code of Professional Conduct for Educators is intended to guide and support educators in their professional conduct and practice and will be of relevance to the educators in the teaching service of MOE. As such, the Code is for internal circulation only, and may not be circulated or reproduced in any form.
The Code applies to all Education Officers recruited into the teaching service of MOE, including those on leave or seconded into or out of MOE, whether on permanent establishment or on contract. Executive and administrative staff working in schools and MOE HQ will continue to be guided by the Government Instructional Manual and MOE's internal conduct guidelines for MOE employees on HR online.
