Our Mission
Enabling all Stephenians in a Lasallian Community
to Learn how to Learn and to Learn how to Live:
empowering them to become
Men of Integrity and Men for Others.
Lasallian Community
The Stephenian experience is anchored on our Lasalllian mission and Stephenian heritage. We hope to develop our pupils into "men of integrity and men for others", tending to "the last, the lost and the least". This is echoed in our motto, "Credere et Servire" which translates to ‘To Believe and To Serve”.
The Mission of the Christian Brothers Schools is to form a community where teachers and students can live their faith and become the people that God wants them to be.
Learning to Learn
We want our boys to be self-directed learners who can learn, unlearn and relearn. Our boys should ask good questions, reflect, persevere and take ownership of their learning and growth for life.
Learning to Live
We want our boys to have relevant skills that would help them in their lives. Our boys should find their passions, meaning and purpose in life, and appreciate different and diverse people and the world that they live in.
Men of Integrity
We want our boys to be men who are honest, humble and humane, strong in moral values, considerate and mindful.
Men for Others
We want our boys to be servant leaders, always seeking to make the world around them a better place.
