At St Stephen's School we anchor our professional discourse using the Singapore Teaching Practice (STP). This model helps us to make explicit how effective teaching and learning is achieved in our classrooms. It also provides us with a common narrative to reflect on how we practise our craft and seek to improve our practice as a collaborative Stephenian family.
