The following Key Areas have been derived from surveying the staff's needs and balancing this with MOE's needs. The school's main focus for staff development has always been developing staff competency through improving Content and Pedagogy knowledge. Apart from that, the Key Areas have also been introduced as part of the school's focus on developing students with values, in line with our vision of "being men of integrity, men for others".
