This page consist of 3x tabs:
Dashboard
The dashboard page details the high-level analytics and data trends in the system.
The first graph on the page allows the super-admin to compare learners, teachers, schools and classes (across different periods throughout the challenge) based on the number of challenges they have completed and their average score for those challenges. This offers insight into user performance.
The second graph on the page allows the super-admin to track key metrics (e.g. new registrations, challenge submissions, average score, etc.) over time, which offers insight into how users are interacting with the system.
The third graph on the page allows the super-admin to analyse the status of the peer review queueing system. It details (i) the number of challenges that have a finalised score; (ii) the number of challenges that are "pending" a finalised score, but have not yet met any of the variable constraints (see the "Configuring App Settings" page of this playbook for more info) to require manual intervention; (iii) the number of challenges that are "overdue" a finalised score, as they have been queued in the peer review system and have met one or more of the variable constraints required to become available for manual intervention (see the "How Scores Finalise" page of this playbook for more info on manual interventions). This offers insight into the level of manual intervention required to support the peer review backlog.
The final table provides an overview of user interaction with different challenges in the system, providing data on the number of opens, submissions and average scores for individual challenges. This offers insight into the users experience, interest and performance in different areas of challenge content.
Moderations
The Moderations tab provides the super-admin with an overview of the number of challenges that have been marked by teachers, the number of challenges you have marked, as well as a comparison to the number of challenges other teachers have marked (to motivate you to complete additional marking).
This tab also offers the super-admin the ability to complete anonymous marking of challenge submissions (by clicking the "moderate a challenge" button) as a way of contributing to the finalisation of challenge scores.
This page is a replication of what is seen on the teacher portal. The page is primarily designed for teacher users, but is also shown on the super-admin portal.
