The Teacher Portal is the central hub of information related to Wavumbuzi for teachers. Everything that is communicated throughout the Challenge is uploaded to the Teacher Portal. It’s the one-stop shop for everything teachers need to effectively fulfil their role throughout the Challenge period.

The Teacher Portal is updated by both the Tech Team and the Marketing Team.
The Marketing Team is responsible for:
Updating the Home pages of the Teacher Portal which consist of:
Home Page
Information Page
Activation Page
Updating the Resource Page which consists of videos and training material.
For the marketing team, the Teacher Portal is updated on an ad-hoc basis – as and when needed.
During the Challenge period, it often needs to be updated on a weekly basis with new recurring information such as:
Feature Graphic (could be a countdown?)
Winner announcements
Marketing events (Teacher's Club)
Updates dates or news
Or any other important communications that need to be communicated to teachers
