School Visits

• What is this?

The Teacher Liaison (with the assistance of ambassadors) visits different schools once the Challenge has ended. These visits are done to:

• • Obtain testimonials from teachers and learners

  • Handover prizes and certificates to winning individuals and schools

  • Get teachers and students excited about the next edition of the Challenge (an example of this would be announcing when the next edition of the Challenge will go live in assembly)

• Who is responsible for this?

The Teacher Liaison is responsible for planning and executing these school visits based on teachers' availabilities at schools.

• How does the marketing team support this?

  • Putting a brief/list of questions together for the testimonials needed from teachers and learners

  • Sharing any pictures and videos from school visits on social media and any other relevant communication platforms

  • Assisting and providing the Teacher Liaison with any material he/she may need ahead of the school visits.
