Each country has a WhatsApp Support number where any enquiries from teachers and/or ambassadors can be logged. The WhatsApp Solution includes a Support Inbox for 2 countries.
AGGP currently has a Growth Package, this includes:
2 WhatsApp Business Profiles - one for each country (Kenya & Rwanda) have been set up and activated.
Unlimited messages included in our growth package to 3 500 monthly active contacts (across both countries)
An active contact is an end-user that has exchanged at least 1 message over WhatsApp in a given month. Once this is reached, it’s recommended that the package be upgraded to the Enterprise solution, which allows 6 000 active contacts per month.
To add a new WhatsApp profile under the same account (like a new country), the monthly fee will increase to 45 euros per month.
Minimum subscription of 6 months. After this initiation period, it becomes a month to month subscription with a 1 month cancellation policy.
Access for 10 support agents, managing both Kenya and Rwanda are included.
Any additional support agents (max 30) amounts to 25 euro per month, per agent.
The Support Inbox is accessible to team members to respond to queries via the WhatsApp portal for respective countries.
