Outlined below are the best use cases and examples of segmented email campaigns.
Re-engagement of schools and teachers who register to participate annually continues with a new challenge announcement email campaign, providing these loyal teachers with an ‘Early Bird’ opportunity to register themselves again for the next upcoming challenge.

Tactical segmentation allowed us to set up trackable milestones we want teachers to achieve from starting their registration to Challenge Start. Teachers who didn’t achieve these milestones are sent automatic email notifications to take the next steps towards the next Challenge milestone towards fully onboarded and ready for Challenge start. These tactics included prompts to teachers who have registered, but not completed training; teachers who have completed training, but haven’t invited learners or teachers who have awaiting learner approvals in their portal.

Weekly Wrap up & Challenge news
Each new Challenge week concludes with inspiring stories from teachers & learners, photo highlights and new weekly winners to celebrate. The aim of the Weekly Wrap-up mailer is to provide our key stakeholders with a visually appealing and inspirational summary of the week’s events while looking ahead at what’s coming up in the following week.

Teacher Registration Mailers
This is a personalized set of emails following the first call made during the Calling Campaign to schools. It includes a link for teachers to follow to register, an invitation (and sometimes RSVP form) for teachers to attend teacher training and more details on the next steps.
These teacher registration emails are all automated emails that are sent out during the calling campaign following a number of prompts that release them.
Please see the Calling Campaign Workflow here detailing how the flow works
[Please note: In order to view the workflow on Lucid Charts, you need to create a profile]
Please watch this Loom video which explains the Calling Campaign and how these automated Teacher Registration Emails fit into the picture.
The Calling Campaign workflow is built by the Junior Marketing Officer, with the assistance of the Marketing Manager and CRM & Systems Team (who implement this in HubSpot).
