本校於2024年持續執行「發展中國家留學生經濟支持計畫」，針對全時當量總數中來自低收入及中低收入國家、且不同於本校所在國的學生提供經濟資助，確保其順利完成學業。計畫包括：提供學費減免、生活津貼與獎學金，並安排專屬學術輔導與文化適應課程，以降低經濟與適應上的障礙。此舉不僅提升發展中國家學生的教育可及性，也增強校園多元性與國際化，促進全球教育公平，落實SDG 4（優質教育）之「確保所有人都能接受公平、包容且具優質的教育」目標。

In 2024, National United University continued to implement the Economic Support Program for International Students from Developing Countries, providing financial assistance to full-time equivalent students originating from low-income and lower-middle-income countries other than the host country. The initiative aims to ensure that these students are able to successfully complete their studies without undue financial hardship.

The program includes tuition waivers, living allowances, and scholarships, as well as dedicated academic mentoring and cultural adaptation courses, thereby reducing both economic and adjustment barriers faced by international students.

This initiative not only enhances educational accessibility for students from developing nations but also fosters campus diversity and internationalization, thereby advancing global educational equity and fulfilling the objectives of SDG 4 (Quality Education) — to ensure inclusive, equitable, and quality education for all.
