依據勞動基準法及勞資會議實施辦法規定，定期召開勞資會議以協調勞資關係，就勞方提出問題進行討論。
In order to safeguard the rights and interests of faculty and staff members, National United University has established appropriate grievance and appeal mechanisms. The following describes the procedures applicable to individuals in different employment categories.
Pursuant to the Labor Standards Act and the Regulations for Implementing Labor-Management Meetings, the University convenes regular labor-management meetings to facilitate coordination between labor and management, and to deliberate upon issues raised by employee representatives.
