1. 本校教職員及校務基金工作人員皆有訂定薪資管理辦法,依年度考績(核)情形晉級,不因性別或性取而有差別待遇。
(1)教師:依據教師待遇條例、本校教師年資晉本薪(年功薪)作業規定,教師服務滿一學年,由學校按學年度評定其教學、研究、輔導、服務等成績,並得依評定結果晉本薪(年功薪)一級,至所聘職務等級最高年功薪為限。
(2)公務人員:依據公務人員考績法規定,年終考績考列甲等或乙等者,可晉本俸1級,並給與1個月或半個月俸給總額之獎金。
(3)校務基金工作人員:依據本校務基金工作人員成績考核要點規定,每年年度考核考列優等及甲等人員,於新年度晉升一級薪點,但僅得晉至最高級薪點為止。
2. 本校依教師、公務員及校務基金工作人員等不同類別之薪資計算,分別計算各類別男女平均薪資,結果顯示,各組別男女員工平均薪資差異不大。2024年本校教職員平均薪資如下表:
The salaries of faculty members, civil servants, and University Affairs Fund personnel at National United University are governed by respective salary administration regulations. Advancement in salary grade is determined pursuant to the results of annual performance evaluations. No distinction or discrimination is made on the basis of gender or sexual orientation.
(1) Faculty Members:
In accordance with the Teachers’ Remuneration Act and the University’s Regulations Governing Seniority-Based Salary Advancement for Faculty Members, faculty members who have completed one full academic year of service shall have their performance evaluated in the areas of teaching, research, counseling, and service. Based on the evaluation results, they may be granted an advancement of one level in their basic (seniority-based) salary, up to the highest level permitted for their respective rank.
(2) Civil Servants:
Pursuant to the Civil Servants Performance Rating Act, personnel who receive an annual performance rating of Grade A or Grade B shall be eligible for an advancement of one salary grade and shall receive a bonus equivalent to one month or one-half month of total remuneration, respectively.
(3) University Affairs Fund Personnel:
In accordance with the University’s Guidelines for the Performance Evaluation of University Affairs Fund Personnel, personnel who receive an “Excellent” or “Grade A” performance rating in the annual evaluation shall be promoted by one salary grade in the following fiscal year, up to the maximum allowable grade level.
2. The University calculates the average salary separately for each employment category—faculty members, civil servants, and University Affairs Fund personnel. The analysis indicates that the average salaries of male and female employees show no significant disparity across all categories. The average salaries of faculty and staff members for the year 2024 are summarized in the table below.
