1. 本校訂定《國立聯合大學進用身心障礙人員執行方案》為提供身心障礙者就業機會,並保障身心障礙者享有平等及適當職場條件之權利,依《身心障礙者權益保障法》第38條規定,本校聘用身心障礙者19人,佔員工總數3%,符合法規所訂3%之標準。
2. 本校訂定《國立聯合大學教職員單房間職務宿舍管理暨調配作業要點》,增加身心障礙者申請單房間職務宿舍積點,優先申請住宿。
1.National United University has formulated the Implementation Plan for the Employment of Persons with Disabilities to provide employment opportunities for persons with disabilities and to ensure their rights to equality and appropriate workplace conditions. Pursuant to Article 38 of the People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act, the University employs 19 persons with disabilities, accounting for 3% of the total workforce, thereby meeting the statutory quota requirement of 3%.
2.The University has promulgated the Guidelines for the Management and Allocation of Single-Room Official Residences for Faculty and Staff Members of National United University, under which additional points are granted to applicants with disabilities to prioritize their eligibility for single-room accommodation in staff housing.
1.本校在學生課業學習上也有導師照顧輔導。在期中期末考試時,亦對身心障礙學生提供方便措施;提供身心障礙學生的服務有:個別輔導、關懷座談、提報鑑定、同儕輔導。
2.資源教室為提供身心障礙學生透過合理便利的協助方式,以「教育部補助大專校院招收及輔導身心障礙學生實施要點」為架構,協調各行政單位提供學生教育學習、交通接送、職場見習、優先住宿等服務方案。
3.配合學務處,向教育部申請身心障礙設施改善經費,執行改善身心障礙學生使用空間,更為便利。
1.The University has implemented an advisory and mentorship system to support students’ academic learning. During midterm and final examinations, appropriate accommodations and support measures are provided to students with disabilities. Services available to students with disabilities include individual counseling, care and consultation sessions, referral for professional assessment, and peer mentoring.
2.In accordance with the Ministry of Education’s Guidelines for the Admission and Support of Students with Disabilities in Institutions of Higher Education, the University’s Resource Classroom provides reasonable accommodations and coordinates with administrative units to offer supportive services such as academic assistance, transportation, workplace internships, and priority access to dormitory housing.
3.In collaboration with the Office of Student Affairs, the University applies for funding from the Ministry of Education to improve facilities for persons with disabilities. These initiatives are implemented to enhance the accessibility, functionality, and safety of campus spaces for students with disabilities.
