1. 本校依據勞動基準法及勞資會議實施辦法規定,定期召開勞資會議以協調勞資關係、促進勞資合作、提高工作效率,並防範各類員工問題於未然。藉由勞資會議作為校內內部溝通之平台,以減少勞資雙方的對立與衝突。
2. 本年度已召開3次勞資會議,分別於2025年2月26日、年5月15日及8月25日召開,相關會議記錄業已放至本室網頁。
1.In accordance with the provisions of the Labor Standards Act and the Regulations for the Implementation of Labor–Management Meetings, the University hereby convenes labor–management meetings on a regular basis to coordinate labor relations, promote labor–management cooperation, enhance work efficiency, and prevent potential employee-related issues.
These meetings serve as an internal communication platform within the University to mitigate disagreements and conflicts between labor and management parties.
2. During the current year, three labor–management meetings have been convened, held respectively on February 26, May 15, and August 25, 2025. The corresponding meeting minutes have been duly published on the official website of this Office for reference and recordkeeping purposes.
