1. 依本校校務基金工作人員管理要點規定，本校第一職級應具高中(職)以上學歷，因此，本校絕無招募童工，且未僱用童工。
2. 在徵人公告中會敘明該職務的主要工作項目，並在聘用時會與校務基金工作人員簽訂契約亦會填列工作項目，並訂定工作時間及相關給假的規定，另外基於需求須請該工作人員延長工作時間，亦會依據勞動基準法規定給予加班費或補休，並不會有強迫勞動及奴役及販運人口之情形。
1.Pursuant to the National United University Guidelines for the Administration of University Affairs Fund Personnel, individuals appointed to the first-level staff positions are required to possess at least a senior high school or vocational high school diploma. Accordingly, the University hereby affirms that it neither recruits nor employs child labor under any circumstances.
2. Each recruitment announcement explicitly specifies the primary duties and responsibilities of the position. Upon employment, a formal contract is executed with the University Affairs Fund personnel, clearly delineating job duties, working hours, and leave entitlements.
Where operational needs necessitate extended working hours, such arrangements are carried out in accordance with the Labor Standards Act, and the employees concerned are duly compensated with overtime pay or compensatory leave.
The University hereby declares that no instances of forced labor, servitude, or human trafficking occur within its employment practices.
